If you are interested in publishing on paper a physical reprint (including a set of handouts for a course), then you have permission to reprint the content contained in up to 2 URLs from this website, under these conditions:

You include the URL for each original Web page.
You make screen captures from a computer with a 24-bit color video board.

You send an e-mail informing me of the usage (use this mailer if you do not have access to an e-mail account).
